I'm an Army Combat Veteran dedicated to bringing the benefits of yoga, especially Mindful Resilience, to men and veterans in Omaha, Nebraska, and beyond.

My Story
My personal journey with yoga began as a path to recovery from PTSD, neurological functional disorder, and anxiety stemming from combat experiences from serving in the military. I understand firsthand the challenges veterans face. That's why I specialize in Mindful Resilience, a trauma-informed yoga approach that supports the healing and well-being of the mind, body, and soul.

Yoga for everyone
I believe yoga is truly for everyone. If you're hesitant, worried about flexibility, or unsure where to start, know that I offer beginner-friendly classes where you can learn the fundamentals in a safe and supportive environment. Whether you're a man looking for regenerative yoga or want to get your husband to try, there's a place for you on the mat.

More than just asanas
Beyond traditional classes, I'm excited to offer online Yoga Nidra sessions for deep relaxation and restorative healing. And, in the future, I plan to host unique Mindfulness and Meaningful Fly Tying classes tailored for men, combining mindfulness practices with a hands-on, engaging activity.
