Leave it on the Mat is more than just a yoga studio; it’s a community committed to supporting individuals on their journey towards mindful healing. Situated in Omaha, Nebraska, I provide specialized Hatha yoga and Mindful Resilience classes, drawing from my personal experiences as an Army Combat Veteran and certified instructor. My approach holistically addresses both physical and mental well-being, cultivating resilience and inner peace.

My story
As an Army Combat Veteran with two combat tours, I can empathize with the challenges of PTSD, trauma, and physical injuries. I personally experienced these challenges, including a TBI, neurological problems, and a fused cervical spine. Through yoga, I found solace and recovery. My journey is shared in “Leave it on the Mat,” a safe and supportive space where you can find your own path to resilience and well-being.
